Every time you create a new campaign for Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, a required step is to create a unique hashtag. A unique hashtag helps Wooly track and report post engagement.

To ensure Wooly can accurately track your campaign the hashtag must meet a couple requirements: 

  • Cannot be a hashtag that was used on previous campaigns
  • Must be included once on every campaign post and story¬†

Note: Wooly only requires one hashtag to track. A campaign manager can add and require additional hashtags.
