STEP 3: Customize Triggered Email

Once your customers fill out the form that is on your website, they will automatically receive an email. For this step, go to Emails within Wooly to customize the message they will receive. 

In the email message, be sure to include a link to your ambassador portal:

(*Be sure to edit the brand domain in each of these links to match yours)

Example Messaging:

Hey {{FirstName}},

We're excited to get you set up with a 20% off discount code to share with your family and friends and a 40% one-time discount for you as well!

You may hear from us time to time when we have new discount offers, product launches, or when we are looking for product feedback!
